I LOVED this recipe and followed the directions pretty much exactly. The only thing I will try next time is adding some freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese on top as I think it would have a stronger flavor than the Pecorino. The sause included here is very light and flavorful and is great for summer. I might try the gnocchi with a heavier cream sauce and some pancetta to make it more of a winter dish.
